WATUDAMBO — On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Fidelis Helena Seventh-day Adventist Church collaborate with Yayasan Kasih Pengharapan Abadi hosted a vital educational seminar dedicated to the protection and moral development of the younger generation. The event brought together the Adventist Youth from the West Bitung region and the Tumumpa area of Manado City for an essential counseling session focused on two critical social issues: the prevention of human trafficking and the mitigation of youth behavioral deviation.

Amidst the increasingly complex challenges faced by today's youth, this joint initiative served as a crucial platform for awareness and education. The seminar provided comprehensive insights into the deceptive tactics used by human trafficking networks, equipping the young attendees with the knowledge required to identify and avoid such dangers. Furthermore, the counseling addressed various forms of juvenile delinquency, emphasizing the importance of a strong moral and spiritual foundation to navigate the pressures of modern society.

By tackling these pressing issues within a supportive, faith-based environment, the leadership aimed to foster a resilient, well-informed, and spiritually grounded youth community. The gathering not only strengthened the bonds between the youth of West Bitung and Tumumpa but also reinforced their shared commitment to living purposeful lives, free from the destructive influences of modern societal threats.
